ContractLemon provides AI-generated information for educational and informational purposes only. Our analysis does not constitute legal advice, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified attorney. Always seek professional legal advice for important legal decisions.
Each contract analysis costs $7.99 USD, charged as a one-time payment via Paddle. No subscription is required and no account is needed.
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting us. Refund requests will be processed in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy.
Contract PDFs you upload are sent to Anthropic’s API for analysis and are not stored on our servers. Analysis results are held temporarily in memory for up to 2 hours to allow report retrieval, then discarded. We do not sell or share your documents with third parties.
Do not upload documents containing highly sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for contract review. By uploading a document, you represent that you have the right to share it for analysis.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific analysis in question.
AI analysis may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any analysis generated. Contract law varies significantly by jurisdiction, and AI analysis may not account for local laws or specific circumstances.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
